There is additional information required to achieve this status as part of the accreditation process.  The application fee may be paid here.

The application fee is partially refundable if your application for accredited center status is not accepted. The refunded amount is 50% of the application fee. This fee may not be carried forward to future applications. Failure to be accepted as an accredited center will require a new application and fee on reapplication.

Applications are processed on a rolling basis.  Typical processing time is 4 weeks.  The accreditation period begins on the date of approval and expires in 12 months.
